Formed in 1974, we are branch 0853 of the British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC), the world's largest dive club. Located at the heart of Britain's Jurassic Coast, Weymouth & Portland Sub-Aqua Club has ready access to some of the UK's greatest dive sites.

The waters around Weymouth and Portland teem with underwater life. From the humble but highly interesting and decorative nudibranch to the occasional visiting dolphin or sunfish, marine life is in abundance.

Completed in 1872 Portland harbour was once the world's largest human made harbour and remains one of the world's largest to this day. With a rich history as a crucial base to the Royal Navy during both World Wars there's plenty of history to be found in the waters along the Jurassic coastline.
 

Whether it's scenic reefs, historic wrecks or macro photography there's bound to be a dive site for you and club buddies to explore it with.
